Job description
kfzteile24 is Germany’s leading digital company for car parts and automotive accessories. Based in Berlin, we operate as a multichannel business comprising the successful online shops kfzteile24.de, autoteile24.de, carpardoo.fr, carpardoo.nl, and carpardoo.dk, alongside physical branches and workshops. We are Germany’s best-known brand in the online automotive aftermarket. Through expert advice, an extensive product range, and fast, reliable parts delivery, we help maintain individual mobility. Our goal now is to transform an already highly successful company into an innovative top player in one of the most exciting sectors of the German economy.
This is not a reporting role. You'll own hypotheses, challenge assumptions, and push back on gut-feel decisions with data. You'll work close to the business, close to the numbers, and close to decisions that have real commercial impact. If that sounds natural to you, read on.
What we offer
Permanent employment contract and 30 days vacation
Possibility of home office 3 days a week
Internal and external training opportunities
Up to 50% employee discount in our branches and workshops
Various health and sport offers (e.g. Bike-Leasing, screen glasses / monitor glasses (VDU))
Additional benefits such as language courses via Babbel, company pension plan, corporate benefits
Your Responsibilities
Price Analysis & Market Intelligence You analyze price elasticities, track competitor movements, and identify demand trends. You don't just surface findings; you translate them into concrete pricing recommendations.
Performance Monitoring You measure the impact of pricing decisions in your area and actively steer based on what the data tells you. You know when a metric is moving for the right reason — and when it isn't.
Project Ownership You take smaller pricing initiatives from hypothesis to implementation independently. In larger projects, you're an active contributor.
Decision Papers You turn complex data into clear recommendations and communicate them at the right level of detail — for stakeholders who don't speak pricing, and for leadership who need to act fast.
Stakeholder Interfaces You coordinate pricing topics across Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and IT. You make pricing legible to people outside the discipline.
Job requirements
Your skills
3–5 years of professional experience in an analytical pricing, revenue, or data role — ideally in e-commerce or retail
SQL is a prerequisite: You write your own queries, work with large datasets, and know what you're looking for before you start.
Tableau or Power BI: You visualize insights in a way that drives decisions
Google Sheets or Excel: You know when a pivot is enough — and when it isn't
AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT): You use them to accelerate your own analytical workflow — not as a substitute for thinking. You evaluate outputs critically, and know where AI breaks down
Critical thinking: You recognize when a number is right — and when it's lying. Especially when the data is incomplete
Languages: You communicate fluently in both German and English (minimum C1)
Nice to Have
These aren't required, but relevant experience that helps from day one:
Python or R - queries, large dataset analysis, automation
Experience with automated pricing systems or repricing tools
Background in the automotive aftermarket or spare parts industry
